Monsoon Palace: Sajjangarh Fort or so-called Monsoon Palace become the hotspots for all the tourists visiting Udaipur during the rainy season. The picturesque view of the city from the top is enthralling.
Lakes Galore: Udaipur mainly has 5 lakes which are like must-watch. Fateh Sagar lake is Called as the pride of the City of Lakes of Udaipur, it is an artificial lake constructed by Maharana in the north of Lake Pichola in 1678 and to the north-west of Udaipur. It is one of the four lakes of the Udaipur city; the other three lakes are the Lake Pichola (within the Udaipur town), Udai Sagar Lake (13 km to the east of Udaipur) and Dhebar Lake or Jaisamand Lake (52 km southeast of Udaipur).
City Palace: The true reflection of the grandeur of Rajasthan, City Palace is amongst the top places to visit in Udaipur. It is a conglomeration of several buildings and towers and is better recognized as a Palace Complex. Visitors to Udaipur cannot miss out on taking a boat ride on Lake Pichola which starts from Rameshwar Ghat in the City Palace. The lake has two famed islands namely Jag Niwas and Jagmandir. At Jagniwas Island one has the opportunity to witness another famous place in Udaipur – the Lake Palace (Now known as Taj Lake Palace), whereas on Jagmandir Island, one can visit the popular Jag Mandir, the palace.
